Slow Flow

In Slow Flow, the pace is slower than your power/flow class. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. You will be holding poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, instead of moving to each breath. Slow Flow allows you to find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a power/flow class.
