Come be in the flow with and tune in to your energy (qi). Qigong is gently moving your body and its energy (qi) in rhythm with your breath. A moving meditation. Anyone- regardless of ability, age, or beliefs - can practice the techniques of Qigong. It works with the meridian system to break up blocked or stagnant energy, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and recharged.
